Some of the STW systems have been kept running since 2013 but these are going to end shortly. For most customers this won’t have any affect, however, a small number of customers’ email address will be using mail.solvetheweb.com or smtp.solvetheweb.com in their mail server settings. These should be changed as below:

If your previous incoming mailserver setting was mail.solvetheweb.com you should change it to mail.interdns.co.uk

If your previous outgoing mailserver setting was smtp.solvetheweb.com you should change it to smtp.interdns.co.uk

All other settings should be left the same.
